Create two teams.
Mark the playing field with endzones.
How to Play
The game is very similar to football. To start, teams line up on their end zones. One team “kicks off” to the other by throwing the frisbee as far down the field as possible. The receiving team now has control of the frisbee.
When a team has control of the frisbee, they pass it from one camper to another, working it up the field to cross the goal line and score.
A turn-over occurs if an opposing team member intercepts the frisbee or whenever the frisbee hits the ground.
When a point is scored, the teams again separate to opposite end zones, and the scoring team throws the frisbee to the other team.
No contact is allowed, and arm’s length must be given to the camper holding the frisbee.
Knocking the frisbee down is a turnover. If a camper drops the frisbee during an interception, it is still a turnover.
A camper must stop when they have the frisbee–no running with it.
